Single Room with a hall bath (same as "single" pictured to the right, bathroom is not adjoining your room) is $325.00 per month. Your bathroom will be located either next door to your room or across the hall. Hall baths are shared by 2-5 people and are locked to the public.

Super Single with a hall bath (same as "super single" pictured to the right, bathroom is not adjoining your room) is $350.00 per month. Your bathroom will be located either next door to your room or across the hall. Hall baths are shared by 2-5 people and are locked to the public.

Single Room with an adjoining bath is $350.00 per month. This is pictured to the right. Bathrooms are locked from both sides so as to provide privacy to the resident when they are in the bathroom or in their room.

Super Single with an adjoining bath is $375.00 per month. This is pictured to the right. Bathrooms are locked from both sides so as to provide privacy to the resident when they are in the bathroom or in their room.

Rent includes hot and cold water, heat, electric, garbage, WIFI, basic and expanded cable are provided in all the lounge areas.

Private internet connections are available in each room.

Parking is by request and is $15.00 per month.

Every room can be equipped with a personal size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen-depth sink, mirror, cupboards, and closet.
