- Single Room with an adjoining bath is $300.00 per month. This is the room that is pictured to the right. As with all bathrooms, they are locked from both sides so as to provide privacy to the resident when they are in the bathroom or in their room.

- Rent includes hot and cold water, heat, electric, garbage, and wi-fi, basic and expanded telephone connections are located in each room. Parking is by request and is $15.00 per month. Every room can be equipped with a personal size refrigerator, microwave, bed, kitchen-depth sink, mirror, cupboards, and closet.
